Orange extends mobile business package

Orange extends mobile business package Orange will now offer a more generous unlimited usage allowance through its mobile broadband Business Everywhere package.

The move confirms Orange's ambition to be the chosen mobile broadband for business users - previous limitations on usage have been regarded as an obstacle to this aim.

A new, improved Business Everywhere unlimited package will be available for £17 a month, subject to a two-year contract.

It differs from the old package in that it sets its fair usage policy cap higher at 3GB per month - an enticing prospect for business users.

For those who wish to try before they buy, a daily rate of £7 is available with no minimum contract requirements and a suggested daily deal cap of 1GB.

Over four hours of UK Wi-Fi access is also bundled in with the Business Everywhere package, available for use at over 10,000 hotspots across the UK.

The chief marketing officer of Ericsson recently said that Wi-Fi hotspots would soon become as redundant as UK telephone boxes due to the rapid growth of mobile broadband.
