    T-Mobile

I expect the cause of T-Mobile's dire results will be the manner in which they treat their customers and refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for their own and their agents' actions.
    Down with T-Mobile.

That's such a wrong statement to make - you are clearly a difficult customer. I have worked for T-Mobile for over 5 years and customer service has been a top priority since I've been there.

Some people - i.e. yourself - can never be happy, no matter what network they are with. I can predict you are one of these people that call every day and want to be treated with high priority. Get a grip!!!! If you want your ass licked then get a hooker!

I completely agree with the other comment. T-Mobile have provided me with top class customer service, which I can not fault.

I changed to T-Mobile after receiving abysmal customer service from Orange - I hope it doesn't go back to that!!!

    Nothing to offer

Look at the handsets. No go on... just look at the them. O2 has the iPhone, the G2 effectively goes to Voda not T-Mobile. I can't get a big button KF300 for my mother because only Orange have that. Samsung apart, it's all a big bunch of old hat rubbish with no wow factor - in a finance crash.

    So it's not only me...

I've had so many customer relations and technical problems with T-Mobile of late. I now go to upgrade and they are removing (yes, removing) parts of my contract and openly stating it's because my tariff is costing them too much. I do feel they are trying to get rid of me, a customer for over 10 years!

    Seem to be alone

I've been a customer of T-Mobile (previously one2one) for years, and out of all my close friends, I've had the least issues with customer services or overcharging or network issues. Friends are all on Voda/O2/3 (short lived) and Orange.

I seem to be alone in liking T-Mobile, but I'd be sad to see them go if I was forced to shift to one of the others. :(

    Not alone

I too have been a T-mobile customer for over 20 years still on an original tariff and have no problems with them also think the network is one of the best since DT took them over.

    LOOK OUT IF ITS ORANGE

I switched from Orange to T-Mobile years ago and Orange treated me so bad I do not have a good word for them.

They're all jokers without a clue

Doesn't matter what mobile company you go with, if you want to use HSDPA or data products - BlackBerries, etc - you end up speaking to someone without a clue!!!! Just bums on seats to answer the phones - never mind what they say! I worked as third line TDMS support for T-Mobile and the teams I trained with HADN'T USED A COMPUTER BEFORE! Blind leading the blind! Tech support - what a joke!

    Why not Orange?

Orange aren't that bad. I tried for a contract with T-Mobile but what they had to offer at the time wasn't what I want. I had double the amount with Orange for less, but each to their own. Orange have resolved all problems I have had. I think Orange is the way to go but, like I said, each to their own. We are all entitled to our opinion.

    Orange staff are morrons

Orange technical support is awful. It was so bad I had to take legal action against them to prove they had a network fault. They are complete idiots and when I call I do NOT want to speak to someone in Delhi!!!!

    T-Mobile are top notch

I have been with T-Mobile aka One2One ever since they started, probably about 16 years ago, and still have the original number! I have never once had a problem calling them and have always been very helpful whenever I have called them, and above all, you get a nice polite English person to chat to every time!

    T-Mobile are more than competent

I have been with One2One/T-Mobile for over 12 years and their customer service people have always been brilliant - helpful, knowledgeable and interested are the three words that spring to mind. Although the phones have not always been the greatest spec, the support I have always received has been a factor in me sticking around and not going to other networks such as O2. Let's hope the merge can benefit loyal customers such as myself.

    It's all about business

If you're a business customer, you get pretty damn good customer service (same goes for Vodafone). It's frustrating that you never end up talking to the same person twice though, and have to re-explain everything with every call. But generally, they get it sorted.

    Makes no sense?

Why would you start a series of phones (T-Mobile Vario: re-branded HTC Windows QWERTY phones) & then not continue it (HTC Touch Pro 2) because you're releasing a completely different phone?! (G1 Android phone) I'm therefore being forced to defect to Vodafone after being with T-Mobile for over 5 years just to get the next in a series that T-Mobile got me hooked on!
