    I'm very happy with mine

I've used mine for eight days now. Works very well. No problems. Battery life is good. Initially, you should discharge battery to 90 per cent, fully charge, and do that a couple of times. Then the battery performs properly, like any device with LiIon. I don't understand the lag time issue, I'm not getting that. Overall there could be some speed improvements but the next software update should address that shortly. A couple of people familiar with the iPhone tried my Storm, and they seemed to prefer my Storm. Go figure.

I'm ready to throw this phone across the ROOM!

This phone has frozen on me about 10 times now. I've had to take the battery out 4 or 5 times now because the phone would stay frozen. The phone is slow - takes about 4 to 5 seconds to finally get to where I want to go. My battery is dead by the end of the day. The texting sucks! Doesn't know how to spell anything you want to type. Literally 5 times I've tried to call someone and you can't hear it ring or when the other person picks up they can hear you but you can't hear them. I mean I can go on and on. I'm waiting for the software upgrade. If these problems are not fixed I'm downgrading to a CURVE!

Re:I`m ready to throw this phone across the ROOM!

Also ready to throw mine across the room after just 3 weeks. It freezes CONSTANTLY; I get that little black clock-of-death all the time. Am on this board now looking for a solution because the little black clock has now been there for 90 minutes and I can't do a damn thing about it. I would say overall the Storm is a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.

I'm so upset about my BlackBerry Storm

When I ring, the person can't hear me. Camera doesn't work, text I can't open. This phone is giving me too much stress. The company won't exchange for another phone because it's been 1 month so I have to pay for this stupid phone that doesn't work.

    Storm - frozen

I'm done with mine. Keeps freezing up on me. Waiting for Verizon to sign deal with Apple so I can get the iPhone.

    Storm - GGGGRRRRR

OK, I hate this piece of junk. My phone freezes (even though I traded my initial one for a "new" one that was supposed to work properly!) and I don't have many apps assigned to this phone. I also get that stupid little black clock that spins and spins. When I called Verizon to ask about what to do, the lady acted "surprised" and told me that this was the first time she'd heard of that "clock" thing and wasn't even sure what I was talking about. She also said she wasn't aware that "freezing" was an issue with the Storm. I think Verizon had pushed propaganda on their employees with regard to this phone and has scripted them about what to say. My sales guy gave it raves. When, before my 30 days, I went to trade it in, the next sales guy raved again and showed me "new" features that caused it to function more efficiently. NOT!
